3. Avoid confusion caused by the accident of Fukushima No.1 Nuclear Power Plant
4. Facilitate delivering support to the disaster area and the evacuees from there

Nerima City Not Included in Rotating Blackout Scheme (as of 1pm, March 25)
Nerima City is not included in the revised rotating blackout schedule announced by Tokyo Electric Power Company at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 25.
Still, you are much encouraged to continue your effort to save electricity because of the continuing acute energy shortage.
If Nerima City should be included in the blackout scheme, we will place a notice.
